Had a question about the discussion on eating carbs reducing the bodies ability to utilise fat in later meals for fuel.
If these later meals provide little carbs then what will the body use for energy? Assuming liver gycogen is beginning to reduce, are we saying the body will break down muscle proteins for conversion to glucose at a higher rate rather then use the fat in the later meal for fuel?
