Though really, who doesn’t, right?
I’m sure you all probably enjoy them too… at least WHILE eating them. You can’t avoid the cravings forever, but I’ll bet it doesn’t take long before the guilt sets in after right?
Well the good news is today you’re in for a treat. Literally. I’m about to personally share with you my current three favourite “guilt free” dessert recipes for when those cravings hit!
And guys, this isn’t the 1940’s, the kitchen is for EVERYONE! So MAN up and put on that apron! Trust me, women find that sh*t SEXY! Am I right ladies? A muscled man in an apron making desserts… you’ll be irresistible to her 😉
Boom!
First up:
Muscle-Building Muffins!
I’ll be the first to admit, I don’t always go with the raspberries… chocolate has been known to sneak in there from time to time, Lol. Especially in the offseason! Typically though, I’ll go with fruit.
Ingredients (makes 9-12 Muffins):
- 4 oz liquid egg whites
- 1/2 scoop Scitec Nutrition’s 100% whey (your choice of flavor)
- 1/3 scoop Scitec Nutrition’s Vitargo carb powder (or dextrose)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fresh raspberries.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Line a muffin pan, or spray with cooking spray.
- Using a large spoon, fill muffin trays about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-18 minutes and serve immediately, or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Chocolate Cheesecake Pudding!
This one is SO simple, easy and ridiculously fast to make… ready to eat in 1 minute or less! Great for when time is at a premium. ANYONE can make this and it’s tastes great!
- 2 cups of greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop Scitec Nutrition’s 100% Whey protein (chocolate)
- 1/2 scoop Scitec Nutrition’s 100 Casein Complex Protein (chocolate)
Directions:
Just simply mix the ingredients together and serve! I said it was easy right? 🙂
Rice Brownie!
No protein powder needed for this one. Great little snack post workout.
- 3/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1 egg white
- ¼ cup fat free Greek yogurt (no sugar added)
- 8 Tbsp water
- 50 mg stevia (or to taste)
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
Spice options:
Pick or combine…
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 Tbsp PB2
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients thoroughly in mixing bowl .
- Blend egg whites, yogurt, and water.
- Line baking pan with tinfoil and coat with coconut oil spray, and spread evenly with paper towel.
- Mix liquid into dry ingredients.
- Pour into baking pan, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from tinfoil.
